Newhall Coffee Company – Mitch McMullen came onto the radio show today and spoke about a lot of topics. The biggest take away I can state has to do with “shopping local”.
Local Businesses drive the local Santa Clarita Economy. Which Newhall Coffee is a Local Business.
Mitch brought out a memory in me working South Traffic Division with the LAPD. My partner and I used to stop by a coffee shop close to Santa Monica and the 405 Freeway. They read poetry, they had jazz and blues – it was more than being “about the coffee”. It was a wonderful experience. They actually had hand made Ceramic Cups and Coasters!!!
